I’m not going to say that these are the best images I’ve ever taken, but the connection between my photography and the city of Jerusalem is significant.
Although I photographed while in high school, my first real camera I bought While I was living in Jerusalem, it happened sometime in 2012.
Most of my photography studies began in this city, both photojournalism and when I just go out occasionally for a few hours taking pictures, going back to the apartment and analyzing the images, examining what shutter speed I shot? What was the white balance of the picture? What was the size of the aperture? And how each setting affects the pictures.
I made a lot of mistakes in the beginning, but this wonderful city has taught me so much of what I know. I just had to share here today on my blog some of the pictures I photographed there over the years.
Behind each of these photos there is a story, some of the stories I know or remember and some I simply documented.
happy Jerusalem Day 🙂
